Who we are

Anchor Point Web Works, a sole proprietorship based in Florida, builds and looks after websites for local businesses. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Anchor Point Web Works. You can reach us at anchorpointwebworks@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a free preview or work with us, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, type of business, city and state, email address, mobile phone number, your current website address if you have one, and any photos or files you send.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. If we add analytics tools later, we will update this policy.

How we use it

• To build and send your free preview and mini audit.
• To reply to you and follow up about your request.
• To build, run and support your website if you become a client.
• To send invoices and handle payments.
• To keep our website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on our form, we may send you texts about your request and your website. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the services we use to run our business, and only what they need:

• Formspree, which delivers form requests from our website to our email.
• Hostinger, which hosts our website and our clients' websites.
• Stripe, which processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Google, when we set up Google Business Profile, Search Console or Analytics for your business.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you request a preview and don't become a client, we keep your details for up to 12 months so we can follow up, then delete them. Client records are kept while we work together and as long as needed for tax and legal reasons afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing anchorpointwebworks@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the bottom of this page.
